Create a document on the steps to set up vlabs Open edX server as a vagrant box.

I have updated the document for creating edx vagrant box. In this box we have only one demo course Here is the link of the document

@kraghupathi Please go through this document and verify the steps. If some thing is wrong or not understandable please update this issue with your comments.

I will work on creating edx vagrant box with vlabs courses.
