System partial rewrite for coming out of beta

This is the list of tasks to be done before coming out of beta, and writing the actual documentation for install and operation of the system.

• [x] Central Custom Exception class
• [x] Move from auth.py to dotenv
• [x] S3 upload limits and proper error exception handling
• [x] Sentry error reporting
• [x] Create deployment script
• [x] Automatic clearup of S3 bucket ever x hours (Optional; can be handled by AWS S3 itself)
• [x] Clearup code responsible for creating Turnip report
• [x] ASync functions for plotting & image creation
• [x] Check for memory leaks

I've removed the cache from the list to its own issue,

Async functions will be needed for parallelizing the plotting of images as they are currently blocking
