Integrate OS media control api + proper parsing of metadata

• OS media control, i.e windows can control the app's media player. (see screenshot top left)
• Proper parsing of dropped mp3 files to library. Added some rust dependencies and rust code to parse metadata in main.rs

Looks fine to me. Thank you, I was trying to figure out how to get the length of the audio for a while now and I'm not so familiar with rust.
