Update ant-javacard, gitignore, codespell

I’m not really in line to add code that is marked with copyright content, especially for a .gitignore file…

I can drop that, my purpose in including it was to make it clear that copyright is disclaimed (CC0-1.0 is meant as a "public domain or nearest available thing" license). It's a habit on my part to mark all files, no matter how configuration-y, with SPDX tags for https://reuse.software compliance. Without such a notice, it might be assumed that the file is GPL3+ like the rest of the project by default. (which is also fine with me, I just try to reserve as few rights as possible for silly things like gitignore files.)
