Fix Hypocrisy Ego Gift #2282

About The Pull Request

Hypocrisy was overriding the intitialize and remove procs preventing the gift from being turned into light. I moved the skin tone proc to a new FormatOverlay override so that the ears can skill be skintoned.

I talked to cox and managed to get the skin tone reset working again.
