Color Damage Effects #2284

About The Pull Request

Red, White, Black, and Pale damage effects to indicate what damage a abnormality is taking. The effects are placed in their own DMI for now to avoid conflicts during testing. image Im not sure how i feel about two of them being on the same sprite i might reduce it to one. image

Why It's Good For The Game

Was requested by Kirie. She seemed to have plans for it. Otherwise its kind of a quality of life thing.
