Changes to HCZ and LCZ to create more distance from center. Also adds in limbus corp decal inspired by the 90s. A few changes to some rooms. and added back guns.

Why It's Good For The Game
Other than the two changes requested by Kirie which I promised I would do tomorrow (at the time of making this pr its 6 am so its already tomorrow) I decided to flesh out the map a bit more. Cargo is still bare bones but thats cause we dont have cargo in LCL. Also added the guns that was missing in the first version of the map.
