Fix old dependencies #152

Some parts of the project still use old names/concepts.

  1. vlingo-xoom-server should be vlingo-xoom
  2. mainClass shoud be io.vlingo.schemata.XoomInitializer
  3. one import (ResourceHandlers) wrong

I think I fixed it.

Hi @Florian-Schoenherr You can create a new branch with your changes and then create a pull request for review, which will then lead to merging your branch into master. Probably @danilo-ambrosio is in the best position to review.
