Update image on Docker Hub #172

This enhancement item is just to remember that relevant changes and fixes, related to the Schemata Service when running on Docker, have been made in this PR. Therefore, the Schemata image needs to be built and pushed to the official VLINGO account on the Docker Hub.

Just knew that the image has been automatically updated by the new CI/CD pipeline.
