kgap-tools.sh inside kgap-jupyter should make it easy to also connect to external SPARQL endpoints #16

the current in carnation of those tools only provides an execute_to_df that automatically calls to the graphdb instance on localhost

however it makes sense to make it equally easy to reuse kgap stuff to also call from external sparql endpoints
