related to the newly added #18 (fixed in #20 )

this kgap-graph-db health-state has been introduced in #15 you can check the PR (#17) and/or the commits for the useful additions to the docker-compose to be filled in

surely useful to make sure the script dialogue provide in #1 will generate these elements into the docker-compose for new projects

while at it -- also give the container a fitting name (it now gets one assigned) maybe in the docker-compose.yml
