expose logging of sembench #25

the current sembench container is only giving stdout info when things go terribly wrong (breaking exceptions)

however available python-logging about steps and even revocerable errors in the processing of syncfs, pysubyt or travharv are no not visible (not via stdout and docker console, not via container-exposed logfiles)

Note : this is related to #9 which is tuned how the various logging from the various containers can be easily made accessible to the jupyter user
