Investigate exposure of submodule level interface is necessary for sphinx doc generation #53

based of comments @marc-portier https://github.com/vliz-be-opsci/py-sema/pull/49#discussion_r1654270373 and https://github.com/vliz-be-opsci/py-sema/pull/49#discussion_r1654306629 .

Investigate if the exposure of the submodule components are needed for the sphinx docs to generate them. If yes include the the commented out code. If not delete the init.py file

think we best sort this out prior to re releasing - to avoid introducing stuff we know we should clean up

also: rather remove it now and introduce it when we know it is needed, not keep it in here waiting for that clarity -- again avoid introducing stuff we don't need (yet)
