after we reach some decent level of maturity and an actual release

best to document and maybe even automate/incorporate the procedure into the Makefile if in any way possible

procedure has been provided and tested inside xmlasdict - we just need to port it here appart from that, this issue is now factually being replaced with #27 so closing this one
