add info to the RO-Crate and RO-Profile sections of the landing page

Since not everyone coming to the landing pages will know what a rocrate or roprofile is, can we add (to the template, not just for arms) to the top right of the section title Our Crates -> to be renamed Our RO-Crates Profiles -> to be renamed Our RO-Profiles an "i" button, and the text that will popup when someone hovers over that can be: "Research Object Crates (https://www.researchobject.org/ro-crate/): a way to package file-based research data so they are linked, grouped, described, and semantically annotated. In our Github spaces, each repository can also be a RO-Crate." "Research Object Profiles (https://www.researchobject.org/ro-crate/): a set of conventions, types, and properties that one minimally can require and expect to be present in a particular type of RO-Crate, thus standardising their layout."

Reopened as I don't see an info (i) button and the name of the sections in the main page also need to be RO-Crates and RO-Profiles...
