The fact that id doés work "manually" through the browser suggests some http header might be missing. The LDES team at IMEC encountered something similar for BODC. That got solved by making some changes in User-Agent. I already tried providing a generic Mozilla Firefox on Linux User-Agent, but currently to no avail.
