BUG: File Browser add tag doesn't work #124

tag add function in file browser does not work. It shows the correct number of items in the popup, seems to work (percentage display) but the added tag is not shown after operation. The edit function works ok.

This seems to apply only to (sub)directories which are already completely tagged. In this case the add function should work like the edit function and add the tags regardless if the item is already in the repository.
