Enhancement: Add ETSI ITS CAM/DENM protocols in examples #250

Dear asn1c Team,

I'm currently involved in several ITS projects at ETSI and I would propose you to add in your examples, some entries for ETS ITS CAM (ETSI TR 103 061-1) and ETSI ITS DENM(ETSI TR 103 061-2). The code in ready on my side, but I don't know: 1) If you're interested by this enhancement 2) If so, how to proceed 3) If so, I could also propose you to add ETSI ITS IVIM protocol (ETSI TS 103 301)

Examples for IVIM and for ETSI ITS Security TS 103 097 based on 1609.2 are also ready to be added to your project. I attached a clean version of the examples folder.

Hi. I am trying to build the DENM example, but I could not do it. Can you tell me the steps to get the its-denm utility working . Thanks
