I can't reproduce this issue. Probably, Your ISP blocks this host. Try to open this url https://services.gismeteo.net/inform-service/inf_chrome/cities/?mode=ip&count=1&nocache=1&lang=en at browser.

You're right, for some reason, it is blocked in Ukraine. With VPN the page is loaded! It might be a Russian resource 🤔 Thanks!
