Removes README.md from links linking to other parts of the same file. This is both a lot quicker (the web browser doesn't have to reload the page, just scroll to the right place) and seems (for me, at least) to be much more reliable, as the previous way seemed to keep ending up jumping to the wrong place in the file for some reason.
Changes links to other files in the same repo to be relative instead of absolute. This does mean it will show the Github-formatted version instead of the raw file, but it also means that they will always link to the copies in the same fork/branch as you are already viewing, instead of always linking back to the (old) main master branch copies (which can be confusing when looking at a changed branch, etc)
