I thought it would be interesting to improve server administration like
this : Typing '!command' in chat would execute a command if your admin
level is enough for this. Since it is boring to see people typing that, it
wouldn't be displayed on the screen for non-admin people.

The ioquake3-based game "Tremulous" already uses that system. Ennemy
territory too, but it's not free.
