Script to generate vms pk3 #35

Since it is boring to type all the commands to generate pak2.pk3 and
install it, I propose to do a script that does it.

I placed the script as an attached file.

I improved this script to include the case we run it by : "sh tools/makepk3.sh" 
or
"cd tools && sh makepk3.sh"
