Overall description of the new feature:
To resurrect team votes, leadership and appointments (camp, defend, attact, 
etc) from Team Arena.

To add a few more gestures to player's animations (allowed only with md5):
Go left
Go right
Go forward
Go backward
See upper
Get down
Fallback
Don't go there (stop)
Wait

It will be cool to watch the players to bind something like:
bind <key> "gesture_left; team_say Go left!"
(could be not team_say, but player whom current player is looking at)

With md3 it is impossible! Too low animation!

Variables to control the new feature:
Commands like gesture_left, gesture_right, etc

UI to be updated as well (for team votes, leadership, etc)
