Add all third party source codes and documentation #53

Overall description of the new feature:
All used third party cource codes and thiers documentation should be added 
under SVN.
I think they shouldn't be in trunk but in separate branch or something.
We have to have them.

The things like Xreal or Tremuolus shoudn't be added be the whole code, but 
some parts of them should be.

I propose something like the following structure:
/thirdparty:
  Unlagged
  rfactory
  Xreal
  Tremulous
etc

Variables to control the new feature:
Only SVN feature.
