Recreate default.cfg file and put it to repository #76

Current one consist of many useless information.
I suggest to use the empty one instead.
The reason to have default.cfg is to have an opportunity to do "reset to 
defaults" command. During it the file will be read (as well as at the game's 
start).
Or probably the file should have some default lines. But I would prefer to 
have them in the source code instead (to prevent information duplication).

Once the file will be ready it to be put to the repository and added to 
deploy.sh to allow deployment of it (the file must be put to the base 
folder).
