Can't kick bot via in-game menu #82

Overall description:

When you want to kick bots with the HUD menu it doesn't work. It says:
"Vote passed.
Player 0 is not on the server"

I can kick any bot via console:
/kick Clint
/kick 1
/kick allbots
/kickbots,
etc.
This trouble is going from UI part and its PLAYERS_FEEDER. Probably something 
was 
corrupted during last UI improvements.
I'll check it.

UI was fine.
I've updated Cmd_CallVote_f() function.
Fixed in r108
