ok pour moi
Ok

Voici mes propositions pour le nommage des 2 composants kegg : KEGG identification of pathways and coverage KEGG maps visualisation of quantified genes/proteins
En alternative: KEGG identification of pathways (including coverage calculation) KEGG maps visualisation of genes/proteins (including their fold change if any) Je propose qu'in fine, ce soient les beta-testeurs qui tranchent...

DATA MANIPULATION Filter by keywords and/or numerical value Venn diagram [JVenn] HeatMap
HUMAN ANNOTATION Add expression data from (normal or tumor) tissue [Human Protein Atlas (HPA)] (voir ci-dessous) Add expression data (RNAseq or immuno-assays) [Human Protein Atlas (HPA)] (voir ci-dessous) Add protein features [neXtProt] Get MS/MS observations in tissue/fluid [Peptide Atlas] Build tissue-specific expression dataset [Human Protein Atlas] (no input required)
MOUSE ANNOTATION (coming soon)
GO terms ANALYSIS Statistical analysis of functional profiles (Human, Mouse) [goProfiles] GO terms classification and enrichment analysis (Human, Mouse, Rat) [clusterProfiler] Enrichment analysis for Gene Ontology (Human, Mouse, Rat) [topGO]
PATHWAY ANALYSIS Query Reactome pathway database KEGG pathways identification and coverage KEGG map(s) visualisation of (differentially expressed) genes/proteins
-- Remarque : Add expression data from (normal or tumor) tissue [Human Protein Atlas (HPA)] Add expression data (RNAseq or immuno-assays) [Human Protein Atlas (HPA)]
De fait "Add expression data from (normal or tumor) tissue [Human Protein Atlas (HPA)]" pourrait devenir "Get expression profiles by (normal or tumor) tissue/cell type [Human Protein Atlas (HPA)]
De fait "Add expression data from (normal or tumor) tissue [Human Protein Atlas (HPA)]" pourrait devenir "Get expression profiles by (normal or tumor) tissue/cell type [Human Protein Atlas (HPA)]
DATA MANIPULATION Filter by keywords and/or numerical value Venn diagram [JVenn] HeatMap
HUMAN ANNOTATION Get expression profiles by (normal or tumor) tissue/cell type [Human Protein Atlas] Add expression data (RNAseq or immuno-assays) [Human Protein Atlas] Add protein features [neXtProt] Get MS/MS observations in tissue/fluid [Peptide Atlas] Build tissue-specific expression dataset [Human Protein Atlas] (no input required)
