目录结构和组件名称修改 #19

前面几个月我也使用VUE+ionic做了一个UI组件库（https://github.com/nostaff/vue-ionic），后来发现VIMO的功能和组件较完善，决定放弃自有组件更新，项目切换到VIMO上。为了方便已有项目能够顺利切换到vimo，我对vimo的目录结构和组件前缀做了修改，本着开源的精神，现申请将修改的代码合并。后续我会持续对这个库进行更新

UI升级到IONIC3.5 ，less改用scss

好的, 我周末审核下改动, 因为最近更新很多, 将之前的固定高度absolute布局改为了流式布局以兼容更多的场景, 你这部分我看下代码, 希望我们能一起来做vimo

之所以改成less是为主题修改做准备的，另外，你的修改不是bugfix也不是功能新增，如果改了我的项目是会受影响的。

如果在做大的修改，我也建议把组件名称改一下，不然会出现Do not use built-in or reserved HTML elements as component id的异常警告
