"SemiQFT" effects switched by hypothetical doEvaporate #52

I have combined SemiQFTSchwarzschild with Schwarzschild, since the entire effect of this is switched by Schwarzschild.doEvaporate, which is similarly hypothetical.

I have said that this evaporation is qualitatively like Hawking's, but it is not quantitatively Hawking's. Ergo, a user will sub-class to implement Hawking radiation, for now.
