Include "sshpass" package #34

The package sshpass is required by Ansible to allow the initial setup using ssh password. (--ask-pass)

The package sshpass has been included into the Dockerfile. To avoid increasing the container image size, the option --no-install-suggests has been added to the apt-get command. CHANGELOG.md has been updated.
