🐛 [Bug] Hunter can not to get Lok'delar, Stave of the Ancient Keepers after complete quest #2204

Expected behavior

Steps to reproduce

  1. Create a Hunter role with level 60
  2. additem 18703, and start quest
  3. complete quest by kill creatures with .die
  4. go to felwood and talk to Vartrus the Ancient. add necesary items
  5. complete quest, and get Rhok'delar, Longbow of the Ancient Keepers
  6. after that, not able to conitue get Lok'delar, Stave of the Ancient Keepers after complete quest which suppose to be able to get

This needs to take effect after version 1.8
