https://www.wowhead.com/classic/quest=4245/chasing-a-me-01 After completing this escort it will re-start itself and she will escort herself without anyone starting the quest again. Same bug as https://github.com/vmangos/core/issues/2414 (Fixed) and https://github.com/vmangos/core/issues/2379 (Unfixed)
NPC's shouldn't start escort quests by themselves
