This PR corrects the NPCs up in the mountain between Elwynn Forest and Burning Steppes. All of the spawns now use createobject2 and the dragon uses sniffed waypoints.
Previously it was completely custom spawned, 4 dragons instead of one etc.
With PR applied:

Sniffed on cataclysm PTR, but I've flown over the area a ton of times in classic and the area is unchanged between vanilla and cataclysm.
