Currently, if you wipe in the UBRS stadium, there is no cooldown, allowing you to immediately start your next attempt.
Expected behavior
If you wipe, you should face a 5-minute cooldown before making the next attempt. This is based on the Cataclysm PTR, where the cooldown is precisely 5 minutes. I have faint memory on classic that there was a cooldown, but there hardly ever was a wipe.
Given that Cataclysm, even with its nerfs, has this cooldown for the event, it's likely that the original vanilla version had it as well.
