Is thinkfan still relevant on debian?

I notice there is no longer a debian package and it seems unlikely to be abandoned while still useful.

Just trying to run linux and keep my thinkpad cool.

There's just no maintainer for the debian package, it really needs to be updated^^

I tried to use the github source but it had some dependency issues that I could not resolve under debian.
