Add groovy library / example

The library is by @eGangotri - not sure if it works with other JVM based languages like scala and java as well. @eGangotri (chetan) can you clarify?

Thank you for the contribution but we can't accept it.

This example doesn't qualify as an example for the IAS3API documentation. While this is an example of uploading to the Archive, it doesn't use the IAS3API. It instead drives the webUI.
