I think this may already have been resolved in cf4b6ed0d62a0dbd92296e74a06cc7f85abc8354

@revmischa, could you please confirm?

There was some garbage, and we aren't hiring perl engineers at this time

But you're still using Perl, right? If so, then DoctorBase belongs in the list.

(I'll be clarifying this is an upcoming rev of the README)
