Fix typo: tweeth-s -> tweet-hs
Fix credential file name: I got an error when putting only .cred.toml: tweet.exe: C:\Users\igrep/.cred: openFile: does not exist (No such file or directory)

Thanks for the PR! I'll fix the typo and I'll fix it so that it reads from .cred.toml as it should.
