Update Read Me with latest steps for running. #92

Since the introduction of the SubscriptionServiceBuilder in Version 1.0.3, we now create an instance of the Subscriptionservice slightly differently now.

Should be easy to pick an example from the source code, and add into the readme.

Make sure we should how to use catchups (latestCheckpoint broadcast etc)
