Made the selenese sequence work:

to be able to execute ctrl-click on elements.

Any plans to merge the request, or will all be cherry picked? :-) BTW Not sure how this change can affect the travis build as shown above

Thank you for PR!

However, I could not accept your PR because there were some problems with it. So I rewrote the modifier key operation based on your PR.

I released 3.18.0. Please check it.

Not sure what the problem was with the PR, but in ctrl-click works well in 3.18.0. Thanks!
