Port OpenBinder #11

It may be interesting to support the OpenBinder APIs and framework on top
of GenodeKit, or at some other layer in the system. Some interesting stuff
that could be done with this includes potentially porting parts of the
Android framework (although the version used in that deviates somewhat).
