Need More Complete Symbian OS Personality Headers #3

Currently, the libSymbian component contains a number of half-complete
header files that implement part of the Symbian OS Descriptors technology,
although it is not fully functional (either as a porting aid, or as a
supplementary API).

I believe that we'll need to wait until the Symbian Foundation release
these header files, before we decide to continue.

The Symbian Foundation have started to release code (4 projects of OS code so 
far),
although our header files haven't been released yet.
