TDD: Create a Controller for the Organizers

[ ] We should have a method to create a new organizer
[ ] Update existing organizer's profile
[ ] Generate login credentials for the organizer to be used with the admission application. (scanner)
[ ] Delete organizer (profile deletion)
[ ] Method to view Event organizers (this is only applicable to admin users of the application)
