This PR utilizes conda-constructor to generate MacOSX PKG files to install vmtk. This is a similar method which is utilized to generate the windows executables.
At the current time menu icons are not supported for osx builds. vmtk must still be run from the command line. This just eliminates the need for people to have anaconda installed and in their path.
