https://github.com/vmuriart/sqldef/blob/master/src/ebnf/sql2011_grammar.ebnf uses angle brackets for identifiers. W3C EBNF used by https://www.bottlecaps.de/rr/ui doesn't support this syntax. ISO EBNF "standard" doesn't specify them too.
