When running cfops Backup and Restore by default there is no progress indicator and information on activities occurring during the backup and restore.
Eventually everyone turns on DEBUG to get more granular information. We need a cleaner delineation of INFO and DEBUG events with cfops. The volume and quality of INFO events needs to be increased so that users don't have to turn on LOG_LEVEL=DEBUG by default
