Dispatch Solo users should be able to submit feedback easily

Detailed Description

Initially this can simply be a slack channel or email address/list. It is important that it's easy for the user to find this information so that it is used. Getting feedback is of primary importance for Dispatch Solo.

The fling site provides a means of feedback via comments and bugs (i.e. https://labs.vmware.com/flings/horizon-daas-migration-tool#bugs).

It may make sense for us to provide a CLI command for submitting to make it easy.

I'm closing this issue as I think the Fling site is good enough for the initial release.
