Polish the Getting Started page #764

Fix some minor issues on the Getting Started page: • Capitalize "Dispatch". • Use backticks to format commands in monospace font. • Use imperative sentences in the active voice. • Include CLI commands where possible. • Follow branding guidelines when referring to products.
