Expected behavior

I am able to set Static IP using the OVF propeties

Current behavior

The VM fails to start ovf-network service which does the network configuration

Steps to reproduce

Impact

[ ] Low - Annoyance, but does not impact business or functionality
[ ] Medium - Issue can be worked around, but is causing pain
[ ] High - Blocker
