Update the workspace and remove Pandas requirements

Removed IDEA files from repo and updated gitgnore to drop them in the future.
Pandas was being used, but only as a basic table, which is a HUGE requirement and install time effort for no benefit. Refactored to not use Pandas/Numpy
Updated tests to work without Pandas/Numpy and check additional items (length of output and total REFACTOR values).

Matt, I fought Chris long and hard on this one but in the end he and you were right. I ripped out pandas and used some of your pull request in our unit test re-writes. I would like to add a "contributor" section to the Readme. Are you ok with me adding you as a contributor? Thanks again for the thoughtful contribution.
